Grand Lakes MUD 1 Tax Rate

The Grand Lakes MUD 1 Directors have adopted the 2022 combined tax rate. Being a debt service tax rate of $0.26 per $100 of valuation, and a 2022 maintenance tax rate of $0.254 per $100 of valuation, resulting in a total 2022 combined tax rate of $0.514 per $100 of valuation.

This is a decrease from last years Tax Rate by 5.69% and $-0.03100 per $100 value.

This is also the third year in a row the District has reduced the tax rate.
